All Eye of Shakti pieces are made to order, with you in mind. More information on production and care is available on the info page.

Domestic orders ~
Shipping is flat rate within the US and takes 2-5 days to reach you from Florida. Pick up is offered in Miami 33137 upon request.

International orders ~
DHL flat rate is the main carrier used for all international orders and is the most reliable carrier. Shipping time after production is 3-10 days depending on distance from Miami, FL.

All pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a mistake is made, please reach out as soon as possible so that it may be corrected before your package is dispatched.

Though the tracking on your package is monitored until successful delivery, Eye of Shakti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided with every order. If an issue arises, packages are set to be automatically returned to the EOS studio. If this is not the case due to carrier mishandling and it stays in a carrier facility, get in touch asap so that it may be personally retrieved and rerouted back to you in a timely fashion.
